HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS
-----------------------------------
In order to make your stay as enjoyable as possible we advise you to familiarize yourself with the house rules and regulations. We have put a lot of effort and consideration into furnishing the apartments and we hope that you will enjoy your stay here in LAMA.
# PERSONAL VALUABLES: Please make sure to deposit all valuables such as money and jewellery in the safe. The landlord cannot be held accountable for lost or misplaced items that were not stored away in the safe.
# PRIVATE GUESTS: Overnight accommodation of people, who have not registered at the reception is not permitted.
# QUIET TIME: Guests are to observe night time peace and quiet from 10.00 p.m. to 07.00 a.m. Please do not disturb the other guests during this time.
# KITCHEN INVENTORY: Please handle our entire inventory (e.g. tableware, glasses, pots) with care and make sure to return all used items to the cupboards in a clean and orderly fashion. At this point we would also like to remind our summer guests that none of the cooking or dining paraphernalia is meant to be used at the barbeque area.
# KEY: Please take care about your key, it is part of a security lock system. In case you should lose a room key we are obliged to charge you with a fee of 200.00 € to replace it.
# SAUNA/RELAXATION ROOM: During the winter months you are welcome to use the sauna seven days a week between 03:00 p.m. and 08:00 p.m. Please read and adhere to the rules of the Sauna; this area is intended to be a haven of tranquillity and relaxation. During the summer months we kindly ask you to let us know in advance when you would like to use the facilities so we can activate them.
# FIREPLACE: Please note that paper (newspapers, cardboard etc.) is not a suitable material to kindle the fireplace. Proper fireplace lighters are available at the reception. Only use the firewood provided in the fitness room. DO NOT BURN ANYTHING OTHER.
# NON-SMOKING-HOUSE: Please bear in mind that smoking is prohibited in the apartment-house LAMA and that all areas inside the house are strictly non-smoking. You may of course smoke on the balconies and patios as you please, but we would like to urge you to make use of the ash trays provided for this purpose. Please do not leave cigarette stubs on the ground as this would be disagreeable to our other guests.

# PARKING: Underground parking is available at no extra charge (one parking space per apartment - use the number of your apartment).
# SNOW CHAINS: Should your car be fitted with snow chains then please do not exceed walking speed within the car park. NO SPIKES: To avoid surface damage, it is not permitted to access the underground parking with spikes and spike chains.

Liability
It lies within the responsibility of the landlord to make the correct reservations and to provide the apartments. If adverse conditions or acts of nature occur the landlord has the right to offer another accommodation of comparable size and quality to the rent payer (and all co-registered guests). If no comparable substitute accommodation is available or if the rent payer does not approve of the alternative offered both parties have the right to annul the reservation. In this case the landlord is obligated to return all advance payments to the rent payer. It is understood that thenceforth the guest and all co-registered guests enter the apartment and also the garage at their own risk. In addition the guest and co-registered guests thenceforth use all objects that are within or belonging to the apartment at their own risk. As soon as the reservation has been cancelled the landlord is released from any and all liability and above all claims for damages and/or compensation.
Any damage (deliberate or accidental) will be charged to the responsible guest, who is obliged to pay for all the damages, provided the damages were caused by actions exceeding the regular use and resulting natural wear and tear. This also includes all damages and impairments through third parties who reside within the rented premises with the consent of the rent payer.
In the event of a cancellation the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry (AGBH) 2006 apply.
